Taylor Waddell is the owner and founder of TRX Roofing & Construction and a proud partner in TRXteriors and Hyper Shine. Born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, Taylor is a graduate of Randall High School and attended Amarillo College. With a strong background in sales, Taylor entered the roofing industry in 2018 and quickly developed a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service. In 2020, Taylor established TRX Roofing & Construction with a vision to combine high-quality craftsmanship with a customer-first approach. Today, the greatest testament to Taylor’s work is the trust and recommendations from satisfied clients throughout the community.
Dylan Moon is a partner at TRX Roofing & Construction, as well as TRXteriors and Hypershine. He joined TRX in 2021 and quickly proved himself through hard work, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to the company’s growth. His exceptional performance and dedication earned him a partnership in the same year. A graduate of Randall High School, Dylan is known for his positive attitude, love for the job, and ability to inspire those around him. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, wake surfing, and spending time with family and friends.
Devontae Landers is a Project Coordinator working brings a personal touch to every job. With a passion for helping property owners protect their biggest investment. He takes pride in guiding clients through the process with honesty and care. Devontaes goal is to make each project simple, stress-free, and built to last. Outside of work, Devontae is a fantastic golfer and loves to hang out with his family, friends, and dogs.
Christyan Abalos has been with TRX Roofing & Construction since 2021. Born and raised right here in Amarillo he attended San Jacinto Christyan Academy where he played football as an All-State running back. With 5 years and growing in roofing and a strong passion for his community he serves as a project manager and ensures that all of his clients needs are met through careful decision making and an eye for detail on all of his projects. Outside of work, Christyan enjoys golf, fitness, and spending time with friends and family.
Matt Groen has been a member of the TRX team since 2021. He is known for helping homeowners solve problems, not just replacing roofs. Matt came into the roofing industry with a work ethic built on accountability, clear communication, and doing what he says he is going to do. Whether he is inspecting for storm damage, helping with claims, or coordinating crews, his goal is simple: To make the process easy, honest, and stress free. Aside from roofing Matt stays busy being present with his two sons and chasing personal growth. His greatest strength is staying organized through the chaos.
Carson Langen is a dedicated roofing professional known for his strong work ethic, honest service, and commitment to delivering dependable results. With a focus on protecting homes through reliable, high-quality roofing solutions, Carson takes pride in providing clients with workmanship they can trust from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time hunting, riding motorcycles, and playing golf.
Jessica is the Office Manager at TRX Roofing and Construction and has been part of the team since November 2022. She plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly—from managing permits and documentation to coordinating with customers, insurance partners, and suppliers. Jessica strives to provide the highest quality service and ensure every project reflects TRX’s commitment to excellence. She is currently pursuing a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management at the University of North Texas, applying her studies to real-world challenges within the company. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys golfing, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
Josh Pipkin was born and raised here in Amarillo and is proud to serve the community he calls home. A graduate of San Jacinto Christian Academy and West Texas A&M University, Josh earned a degree in General Business and Management and brings over two years of sales experience to the TRX Roofing & Construction team. With a strong business background and a people-first approach, he is committed to delivering reliable solutions and building lasting relationships with every client he works with. Outside of work, Josh enjoys golfing, skiing, staying active, and spending time with friends, family, and his dogs.
